Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Show ("Show", "we", "us") collects through show.biz.vn and our beta service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Show helps import/export teams prepare customs paperwork with the help of AI. We aim to collect only what we need.
1. What we collect
When you request a demo or join the waitlist you give us your name (demo requests only), work email address and company name. Our servers also record the time of the request, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string; we use these only to prevent abuse and spam.
When you email us we keep the correspondence and the details you include.
When you use the Show beta service (after we have invited you), we process the trade documents and data you choose to upload — for example commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin. These may contain names and contact details of people at your company and your trading partners, as well as pricing and shipment information.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
2. How we use it
- to respond to your demo or access request and to contact you about the beta;
- to provide the service you asked for: extracting data from documents, suggesting HS codes with reasoning, checking consistency and preparing draft declarations;
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems;
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your uploaded documents to build advertising profiles.
3. AI processing with Claude
Show uses the Claude API provided by Anthropic to read and analyse documents. Text and files you submit for analysis are sent to Anthropic over an encrypted connection to generate the result. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train Anthropic's models by default. AI output can be wrong; Show is designed so that a person reviews and approves results before anything is relied on or filed (see our Terms of Service).
4. Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law or a competent authority, or to protect our rights, users or the public. If Show is ever involved in a merger or sale, data may be transferred to the successor, who must honour this policy.
5. International transfers
Our providers operate infrastructure outside Vietnam, including in the United States and Singapore. By using the website or service you understand that your data may be processed in those locations. We choose providers that apply contractual and technical safeguards, and we handle personal data in line with Vietnamese law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
6. Legal basis
We process contact details based on your consent (you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the business. We process documents uploaded to the beta service to perform our agreement with you. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before.
7. How long we keep it
Waitlist and demo requests are kept until you ask us to delete them, or up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Documents uploaded to the beta service are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and are deleted at your request or when your account is closed, except where we must retain information by law.
8. Security
Traffic to our site is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to stored requests is limited to the founders and protected by credentials held with our providers. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Email ngoc@show.biz.vn and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in Vietnam.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for beta users, notify you by email.
